My coaching and consulting approach began while working for a corporation in the midst of restructuring. It was a difficult time. Job security outweighed passion. People were deadened by the work and simply wanted to be left alone to do their jobs and go home.

Today, Carolyn travels internationally offering workshops, events and seminars to grow businesses, enhance leadership and transform dreams into action. Carolyn has presented to hundreds of professionals through professional organizations, colleges, banks and businesses. Her work has been featured in The Oregonian, OPB, KABU, Portland Community Media, Alternatives Magazine, New Connexions and Entrepreneurial Women.
In addition to Core Source Coaching, Carolyn facilitates public art projects in schools, jails, hospitals and public organizations, exploring the power of art and personal story. She works with people of all ages to create masks, sculptures, murals and performance.
